The rules are simple. Complete all self-care ideas on a bingo card within one week. Once you have reached bingo, reward yourself with a treat; as an acknowledgement for taking care of your mental health and well-being.

Playing self-care bingo with your friends is so much fun! Send bingo cards to participants, and have each participant contribute towards a prize pot for the winner. The first person to complete all the self-care bingo activities wins the jackpot.
