Join the Wireless team as a Promoter, working 40 hours per week plus additional hours as needed. This role offers a unique opportunity to support Live Nation for festivals and touring shows, ensuring successful event execution.

As a festival promoter, you will manage daily administrative tasks, handle artist confirmations and contracts within strict deadlines, and assist Promoters with various office tasks. Your responsibilities will also include raising purchase orders using the Salesforce system and maintaining relationships with major talent agencies through regular communication. You will act as a liaison between the Promoters and the Marketing, Production, and Accounts teams, coordinating and delivering event announcements, overseeing event timelines, conducting research, providing detailed reports, and managing artists’ work permits. Additionally, you will attend shows and provide valuable feedback to the Promoters.

To excel in this role, you should have a passion for live music and relevant experience in the music business and event management. You must be able to quickly establish rapport with new contacts, be self-motivated with excellent attention to detail, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to handle sensitive information discreetly, solve problems, prioritize workload, and implement procedural improvements is essential. Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and strong IT skills are also required. As a team player, you should be willing to work hard to achieve outstanding results.

As part of the security team, you will provide first-class customer service while ensuring the safety, security, and health of all attendees, contractors, and staff. Your main duties will include patrolling and securing the areas, conducting bag and body searches, preventing unlawful entry, and ensuring safe entry and exit for all visitors. You will handle legal restraints and control professionally, complete daily reports of any incidents or accidents, and take necessary actions promptly. Interaction with the public is key, requiring integrity, honesty, and respect, even in challenging situations. You will also greet customers and employees courteously and professionally.

To be successful in this role, you must have a valid SIA Door Supervisor licence, good communication skills, proven customer service skills, and be reliable and punctual. Fluency in written and spoken English is also essential.
